Prerequisites

For successful participation in the bootcamp, you must have some basic familiarity with introductory statistics and with the R platform.

All participants must obtain the course textbook, Statistics for Linguistics with R and read the first four chapters. A digital copy is freely available via the MSU Library.

For participants without any prior experience of R, you must attend the 3-hour pre-bootcamp workshop overview of R installation and basics.
